Neat & Proper Performance Digital Agency is looking for a Head of Digital with a record of creating and managing marketing campaigns, at the most sophisticated level. The position reports to the CEO and requires an enthusiastic multi-tasker, with high attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This Head of Digital will need to be a strong team leader. Overseeing projects and supporting the business growth, strategically. The position will require hands on knowledge and experience in previous roles, in order to add real value and support your team.

A solid track record in digital performance marketing is important, as we are looking for this Head of Digital to lead from the front.

Working as a key member of the Digital Marketing team, the focus of your role will be across Performance Marketing, PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic, Digital Acquisition and Media Buying… all terms you’re confident to call yourself an expert in.


Key Responsibilities

Oversee all digital marketing activities (across Direct response, PPC, Programmatic, Media buying, Paid Social).
Manage finances for the digital team including client revenue, and all outgoing expenditures (primarily digital media budgets).
Manage client relationships to ensure the digital team is meeting and exceeding client expectations.
The ability to engage and manage a team keeping the spirit of the company internally flowing and energy up.
You’ll be comfortable running multiple projects for multiple clients, prioritizing workload for your team accordingly, to ensure each one feels like they are the only one and that the agency is seen as responsive and attentive even when we’re busy.
You’ll love being client facing and building positive working relationships to become their trusted partners.
Working day to day with the CEO you’ll be given the opportunity to help shape and define the agency’s process and best practices to deliver excellence.
Spreadsheets are your friend – you can build complex budgets, timing plans and trackers and are a whiz at formulas, formatting and managing data.
You’ll be self-motivated and committed, business as usual deliverables such as weekly status reports, cost reconciliations, contact reports etc.


About You

Solid technical knowledge of Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing.
Highly technically proficient across all major Digital Marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics and more.
Proven track record managing a team.
Experience working with large budgets.
Good commercial understanding in order to add value and opinions.
A can do attitude – confident making quick calculated decisions as and when required, to benefit the business.
Great line manager – Someone who can coach and develop talent and bring people along with them.
Analytical thinker – comfortable interpreting and manipulating complex data sets to uncover insights and inform future decision making.
5+ years of digital marketing experience including acquisition and performance marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Methodical, detail focused, but full of energy.
