Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join Neat & Proper Digital Team in Athens.

Daily tasks include but are not limited to Handle Client’s Accounts, optimizing paid search, paid social and display campaigns, performance marketing and remarketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Management of a vast variety of digital advertising account
Generating creative ideas for digital campaigns
Planning, development and execution of regional digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising, web site strategy, social media, e-mail campaigns
Monitoring progress against KPIs (CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA) and proposing all necessary actions in order to achieve goals
Knowledge of Performance Marketing and implementation is required for e-commerce campaigns (mainly) -Analyzing landing pages and proposing UI/UX enhancements
Working with designers to optimize and test ad creative
Analyzing data, monitor, and communicate campaign performance and test results to team leaders
Creating performance reports for campaigns and ensuring campaigns stay within established key performance metrics and budget
Keeping abreast of digital marketing industry news and be aware of the latest developments within the landscape

Requirements:

Absolutely must have a passion for digital marketing!
Minimum 2 years of proven track record in Digital Marketing
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn campaigns (certifications will be a plus)
Fluency at funnels, digital marketing strategies, testing, campaign optimization and ad copywriting
Experience in setting up email automation campaigns (Contact Pigeon, Moosend platforms will be a plus)
Proficient use of Google Analytics and other measurement tools (certification will be a plus)
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement
Proven working experience with marketing/advertising agencies
Strong digital analytical skills and knowledge
Ability to prioritize, plan, and lead team to achieve business objectives and keep numerous projects on track
Solid interpersonal skills with a strong sense of responsibility and personal initiative
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
